I’m Kassandra, founder of Oak City Admins and your go-to virtual assistant for all things operations, organization, and business growth. My entrepreneurial journey began five years ago with building a successful cleaning company from the ground up. Through that experience, I mastered the ins and outs of managing operations, serving clients, and running a company efficiently.
But the biggest lesson? You can’t grow if you don’t let go. Learning to delegate and trust others was key to scaling my business, and it’s a lesson I now help other business owners embrace.
After selling my first company, I felt called to keep supporting small businesses, which led me to launch the Down Home Dirt podcast, a show where I inspire, educate, and connect with fellow entrepreneurs on their journey. Today, I use my experience to help overwhelmed founders streamline their systems, lighten their load, and grow with confidence.
